need Oracle 10g R2 (10.2.0.4.0) client

need oracle Oracle 10g R2 (10.2.0.4.0) client to fix problem when deinstalling 10.2.0.1 client. getting error of "SEVERE:Abnormal program termination. An internal error has occured. Please provide the following files to Oracle Support" 

so far per others, looks like might be able to fix it if using 10.2.0.4.0 but not able to find it in https://edelivery.oracle.com or I am not searching it right to locate it. appreciate any help.
