Manufacturing calendar for middle east

We are on 12.2.3 and planning to implement Oracle in the middle east branch of our organization.

Since they have fri and sat off and sun to thu on, would we have to set the profile BOM: Week and Period Start Day to Sunday instead of the usual Monday so that when creating the mfg calendar for them with a work day pattern of 5 on and 2 off would make sun to thu ON and fri and sat OFF?
