Required Licenses for Projects-Purchasing Integration

Hi All,

My client licensed for Oracle EBS Projects (PA) module. all other modules of projects such as (Project costing, contracts, procurement...etc.) have not been licensed.

within this scope,

1- Is there a standard integartion between projects and purchasing at purchase orders level?

2- Is there a standard integartion to reflect project change orders on linked agreements (BPA)?

in other words, how to get BPA in purchasing updated and reflect approved change orders in projects?
