WLS Node Manager does not start

I'm trying to start the WLS Node Manager but it just doesn't want to. I checked the WebLogic password given, and that is correct.

$ adnodemgrctl.sh  start

You are running adnodemgrctl.sh version 120.11.12020000.11

Enter the WebLogic Admin password:

Invalid credentials passed.

adnodemgrctl.sh: exiting with status 1
