View Transaction link not available in AR notification approval email

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

In first level and second level approver receive notification email with View transaction link. but when it comes to third level approval, view transaction link is not available.

Is there any setup involved to show view transaction link in approval notification email ??. We verified the preference setup in ebs homepage, it was set with html with attachment for the third approver.
