Freight to be taken into GIT

Hi,

Business Scenario- Material is being bought from different country. Once goods are dispatched the Goods Amount+ Freight should be taken into GIT. Transportation module is not used. How should we map this scenario in JDE. Landed cost will not work as it would be applied after receipt.
