How to Install fresh R12.1.3 on a winodws 7 laptop (Not Vision instance, don't want pre-configured i

Hello Guys,

I have been going through posts about installing EBS R12.1.3 on a windows 7 laptop, but everywhere they say, download Oracle VM Template for R12.1.3 which will have Demo Vision instance pre-configured system, ready to use.

I would like to have a fresh install, I am not a DBA so would like to know if anyone here has done that before, have any link or at least can give some ideas so that i'll try to figure out myself.
