Time entered in OTL is not getting transferred to EAM Work order

Hello Team,

My users are getting an issue where time entered in OTL is not getting transferred to EAM work order. When i use the Organisation as the only parameter in OTL  Retrieve time card concurrent,the program gets completed without any error but OTL data doesnt get transferred. If i use any additional parameter like work order details, employee name then i get the error message "FAILURE -- Resource Transaction encountered errors; Please look into hxc_transactions table for details".

This issue occurs only for one organizations, rest all other organization it looks good.
