Is enterprise license required if CM and P6 share the same instance?

We current have Contract Management (CM) 14.2, Business Intelligence Publisher Edition (BIP 11.1.1.9) installed. We are looking to upgrade P6 (currently on 8.2.2) to 15.2.10 (as recommended by Oracle support due to SQL database issues with other versions) and are wondering:

1. if P6 can share the BIP instance we already have since both can use 11.1.1.9?

2. If so, will it require a different license type than what we have now since the current BIP is licensed as part of CM?
