PRC: Refresh Project Summary Amounts

Hello Team,

PRC: Refresh Project Summary Amounts is not updating Project_raw_cost and project_burdened_cost in Commitments screen for foreign currency getting below message in output

Project Functional exchange rate not found.

Please can you let me know where this functional exchange rate is getting ?
