What is the difference between Supplier Item Prices and Supplier Item Relationships?

I use Supplier Item Relationships for item set up.

Sometimes I need to copy prices and I can’t find them in Supplier Item Relationships but they are in Supplier Item Prices.

I just really would like to know what is the difference between these 2 options.
