Error when updating tasks in a workplan in project management

Hi Guys,

We have upgraded EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5, and we are receiving an error when updating tasks in a workplan in project management

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Project List (Projects: Delivery)

2. Open the Project

3. Click Workplan

4. Select the Outline Number 2 and then click Update button, and get the error.

Error message:

Query has exceeded 5000 rows. Potentially more rows exist, please restrict your query.

I have enabled fnd debug and below is the message from fnd message table. I have also logged SR with Oracle but haven't got any fix yet.. Is someone here here able to provide some assistance ? I had a look at 1290051.1
