Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We are on JDE 8.12 TR 8.98.4.12. I am bursting my invoices (R42565) and trying to email to our customers.

When I email invoices to customers, I want a custom Subject and Body. I read the manual and followed the process.

But I can't see Define Values button on P95620 ( see the following screen shot).

Do I need a new Tool Release?

Any HELP will be appreciated.
