Interface Status in AR_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL is null but having records in error table

Hi all,

What could be the reason for Interface_status in AR_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL is null but having records in RA_INTERFACE_ERRORS.

Request id in Interface lines table is also null.

We could observe as below in Metalink Note: 1195997.1

Note: Interface records with errors, may also have a value null, and  corresponding record(s) in RA_INTERFACE_ERRORS_ALL

We would like to know under what circumstances the Interface status populates as "E" and Null when having records in RA_INTERFACE_ERRORS table in both cases.
