QUERY ASSISTANCE MISSING SEARCHABLE FIELDS after IP16 Upgrade

Hi All,

We have upgraded our application from Siebel Version 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] ENU(*) to latest Siebel version IP16 PS3.

Now, after upgrade, we have observed that

"All Fields are not being Displayed in Query Assistant Applet after IP16 Upgrade. Earlier All fields are part of List/ or Form Applet as applicable we were able to see all UI exposed Fields in Query Assistant Applet"

Please help us to resolve this issue on Urgent basis.
