Sales Update R42800 and GL Posting R09801, running at the same time for different companies

In order to improve performance on the daily jobs, we would like to run Sales update R42800 and be able to make GL Posts with R09801 at the same time.

Both reports have different versions for different companies.

Scenario ie: R42800|ZJDE0001 running sales update for company 00001 and R09801|ZJDE0002 running, in different queue, posting batches for company 00002.

Do you see any negative impact or an impossibility to implement this solution?
