Which TUMS patch to use

We need to upgrade from R11(11.5.10.2) to latest R12 of EBS. Just reading few metalink notes.  Came across various TUMS patches so not sure which we need to apply?

Patch 7705743: TUMS for R12: TO DELIVER TUMS UTILITY FOR UPGRADES FROM 11I TO R12

Patch 5120936 TUMS for R12: TO DELIVER TUMS UTILITY FOR UPGRADES FROM 11I TO R12

patch 18342870 TUMS Utility for Release 11i to Release 12.2 upgrade

Moreover, since Admin tier/forms tier ORACLE_HOME will based on 8i which does not support use of HTML reporting . It is supported in RDBMS_ORACLE_HOME.

So as per above patch notes, do we need to copy adtums.sql to RDBMS_ORACLE_HOME server and then run as apps user or something else?
