ORA-28113:Policy Predicate Error in Invoice workbench form. Unable to open it.

Hi All

  We are unable to open the Invoice Work bench in our instance because we are getting the following error:

APP-SQLAP-10000: policy predicate has error occurred in APXINWKB> INV_SUM_ITEM_OVERFLOW--> AP_ACCOUNTING_EVENTS_PKG.UPDATE_INVOICE_EVENTS_STATUS with parameters (p_invoice_id=) while performing the following operarion: &DEBUG_INFO

Has anyone faced a similar issue. Could you please share the causes and the resolution for this if you have come across this issue.
