Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I try to checkpoint or switch logfile it hang

I try alter system checkpoint;

it hang

I try alter system switch logfile it hang again.

I apply the patch 22262638

but still it take very long time to switch
