7.1 Xenvironment configuration for downloads

Can someone confirm the xenvironment configuration parameters that must be set for downloading of deployments to work? And an example of the correct settings? Polling works, but the deployments I have created via xadmin are not downloading. I'm not receiving an error in the deployment.log - just that there are no deployments available.
