Closing AR

I am trying to close AR and I am receiving this error message: APP-AR-294571: The Nov-16 cannot be closed due to some unprocessed accounting events or untransferred journals entries.  I check the unposted items report is clear. There is nothing pending for the adjustment approval and I ran the create accounting.  Any suggestions?
