Is there a way to bring over account/account hierarchy changes automatically from ERP to PBCS?

I know that setting up the source and target in Data Management will bring over the data from ERP to PBCS.  Is there a way to configure PBCS were the new accounts or changes to the hierarchy in ERP will be updated automatically in PBCS?
