EBS 12.2.5 and Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop

We are moving our users to a Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) and we'll be using thin clients to connect to our network.  The virtual environment will be Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop.  But nothing will change with our EBS server.  It will still be just another server on our network and the users will access EBS through IE 11 as they do now.  My question is, are there any compatibility issues to be aware of with the users now interacting with EBS from the Citrix environment?  I would think not, since it's just a browser hitting a website, but I just
