Level of Customer Email Address in Oracle TCA
Dear Oracle Receivable Guru,
Currently we do NOT store our AR customer email address information in Oracle Receivable application.
We are on Oracle EBS release 12.1.3
Siebel CRM application is our Customer Master file.
We import our new and update customer record from our Siebel customer via Oracle Customer Interface to our Oracle Receivable every night.
We have a request to bring over our customer email address from our Siebel CRM to Oracle Receivable customer application.
Here is our questions:
1- At how many AR Customer level we can store email address? i.e. at Customer level, at customer bill-to address, etc..?
