Baseline, Planned and Actual Changeover costs in eBS.

Hello Experts,

I am implementing Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (ODM), integrating with Oracle Production Scheduler (PS), for a FMCC business.

We have a requirement to track Baseline, Planned and Actual Changeover costs in eBS.

The baseline changeover cost is a historical value, calculated like average changeover cost per week incurred over a specified period or month, say the changeover cost/week in Oct,2016.

The planned changeover cost is the value planned for future week, say week starting 5-Dec, 2016. I understand that this can be defined or entered while setting up the changeover matrix in eBS.

The actual changeover cost is sum of changeover cost incurred in the last week, say 21-Nov to 27-Nov, 2016.
