In Release Management Module demand not created as per processing rule

Hi,

In Release Management Module when I create manual schedule with start date for lines I expected below to happen after demand processor is submitted.

If start date fall in frozen time fence no lines to be added to Sales order- This is not happening and sales order line is getting created with request date same as Start date

If start date fall in Forecast Order Management lines in Booked status to be created - This is not happening and sales order line getting created in status 'Awaiting Shipping'

Please correct me if my expectation is wrong and advise how to achieve this.
