How to apply Quarterly Full Stack Download Patch (QFSDP) on ExaData with VM

Hi Folks,

i need to apply Quarterly Full Stack Download Patch (QFSDP)  on Exadata quarter rack with VM.

i have downloaded the patch July 2016. i have read the readme and Exadata maintenance guide but didnt find any description on how to apply patch on Exadata with VM.

Pls help to provide the Doc ID or white paper on apply patch on Exadata with VM.
