Control domain rebooted instead of shutting down when performing init 5

Hi,

I have encountered a strange issue on T71 with 3 ldoms.

We have shutdown all 3 ldoms and all of them were in bound state.

We used "init 5" and "shutdown -y -g0 -i5" to perform shutdown.

The OS boots itself again immediately after shutting down.

I found this in 1 of the document.

How to Power Off a System With Multiple Active Domains

  1. Shut down, stop, and unbind all the non-I/O domains.
  2. Shut down, stop, and unbind any active I/O domains.
  3. Change the domain into init state 5.
