How to realize swap item in Depot Repair?

Hi Support,

How to  realize Swap item in Depot Repair? I mean about the following scenario:

I have a "Service Request" with one repair for specifc item. I would like to swap this item (earlier recived)  during repair for another item and continue servce. Business flow is:

I have damage  mobile phone  and have to move it to the service. We receive this item and forward to service (Technical team) for diagnostic. They confirm that this phone is not possible to repair. I want to scrap this item and send new mobile  to customer with  completely different serial number.

It's possible to realize In CSD module?
