How to Remove Locator from its Item in Oracle apps through backend?

Hi,

I have a requirement on the Removing locator from its item. I couldn't find any solution for this, So I am requesting you please provide me solution on this.

Requirement:

Lets take a item 'Item1' and it is assigned to 3 different locators such as Loc1,Loc2 and loc3. Now I want to remove 'Loc3' from that Item 'Item1'.

Note: From Front end I can remove the locator from its item But I need the solution through Backend i.e. If there is any API or something else to remove locator from Its item. Please do the needful on this.
