Hi all,

My customer is in 9.1 and we have the following issue.

P4620 Carton Reorg.

  • Carton ID 123 (F4620.CRID=123) on Shipment 1000 has 10 items in it. In F4620, Carton Number (CTNNUM) = 1, Carton Level Total (CTNLT) = 3.
  • Carton ID 124 (F4620.CRID=124) on Shipment 1000 has 5 items in it. In F4620, Carton Number (CTNNUM) = 2, Carton Level Total (CTNLT) = 3.
  • Add Carton ID 125 to shipment 1000
  • Remove 2 items from Carton ID 123 and add to Carton ID 125
  • Click on Confirm
  • Review P4620/F4620. Note correct quantities have been moved from Carton ID 123 to 125, but new Carton ID 125 has Carton Number (CTNNUM) = 0, Carton Level Total (CTNLT) = 0.

This is causing a problem with the customer's Despatch Notes as the Carton number is missing, which leads to a custom output missing all of the weight and dimension data.

Howdy, Stranger!
