Sun cluster 3.2 two node cluster (active-active) single node kernel upgrade possible?

Hi Team,

We are having Sun cluster 3.2 (active-active) with kernel Generic_148888-03. we are upgrading kernel version of one node but we are not getting downtime for second node. What will be the impact on resources or on cluster with different kernel version?
