New Secondary Ledger not available to attach to the New FA Tax Book created

Hello There,

I have created a new secondary ledger with Data Conversion Level as 'Subledger'. COA for both Primary and Secondary Ledger are same.

Later created a new FA Tax Book and I could NOT select the new secondary ledger. Basically the LOV does not have anything to list. Am I missing anything? Please let me know
