Corrective Actions Credentials are not being set properly when Monitoring Template is applied

Hi,

This is an urgent issue for us that has recently been discovered when we pushed new Monitoring Templates into production.

Corrective actions are being triggered but they are not running because of the following error:

Invalid username and/or password Error with streaming JobReader:java.io.IOException:Broken pipe

 

When we set the credentials for the corrective action in the job/action and then Apply the Monitoring template to a test target, we see that the credentials on that target are reset and are causing the error.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a fix/workaround?
