PPS Upgrade Advisory - upg_data_afterseed.sql DAV SQL Could Impact Large Oracle Database Customer

Hi All,

Normally we don’t worry about tuning IRM upgrades such as IP 14 -> IP 16 upgrades but we just noticed there are a number of what could be
large insert and update operations related to Cal and Card DAV.  For two of our large Oracle database customers we are tuning these SQL.  If
you look in the SQL file you will see the SQL operations in the 600 range of SQL.
