Purchasing UOM LOV does not include Inter-Class Conversions

Hi -

For Item A with a transaction UOM of Liters, we have set up an inter-class UOM conversion of 1 Liter = 0.5 Each.  When we go to Purchase Order form to purchase A, we expect to see Each as an option in the UOM List of Values.  However, in the UOM LOV, we only see other UOMs in the volume UOM Class.

Is this expected functionality?
