how find UBE report with content: "Failed to load job spec" in aix

Hi,

I need find all report with following content: "Failed to load job spec"

how can commmand submit from AIX?

its ok?

cd /apps/...../JDE900/jdedwards/e900/PrintQueue

find . -type f -print | xargs grep "Failed to load job spec"

there were a lot of .log, how can filter from 1 week only?
