We are processing W-2's for 2 companies for the first time. A couple employees have payroll tax his

We are processing W-2's for 2 companies for the first time.  A couple employees have payroll tax history under both tax ID's.  How do I create separate W2 workfile builds when it appears the work file build program appears to be based on the employee master (F060116) file?  The emloyee master only points to one specific company.
