SPO kinks for the border sizes

Hi,

Based on the SPO manual, the kink ratio only applies to the NON border sizes.

What does that mean?

if I have sizes XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, does that mean XXS and XXXL will never be identified as Kink sizes?
