How we can proceed the IM integrity issue ?

We have 5 component in the part list and Frozen as well  by R30835 , one of the component has new weight average and issued thru P3111 , the F4111 took the new average and F0911 built with the frozen , we ran R41543 and it's include integrity issue ,  and I didn't find the different value in variance report !

Ex . A standard Item with frozen standard cost 20

A1  component with 10 cost

A2 component with 10 cost

Now , the A1 cost based on average become 11

create WO and issue the component , F4111 appeared that we issued 21 extended cost and F0911 appeared that we issued 20,

Here we have integrity issue on Inventory Accounts between Inventory and GL ,
