How can I edit an existing Oracle Report (.rdf file) ??

I have a RDF file downloaded from Oracle APPS server. say reportexec.rdf
reportexec.rdf is an executable to a Oracle Concurrent Program. This program, on completion prodicesa PDF output file,

I need to do some changes in OUTPUT PDF.

please suggest me ways to do so,
I am a new user for Report Builder.
