Fusion Client Image Loading Issue - AP V15.0.0.0.920

Hello Experts,

I was working on AP V15 Implementation where client expects images needs to be loaded.Where Images in workbook Create Shopping List.

I have followed all instructions mention in Guides and similar issues reported in community site as well.Unfortunately I am not able to visualize images from repository whereas color/style attributes can be seen.

surprisingly all images are places in same location $AP_HOME/repository/images.

Can you please guide me on priority bases as client Demo is scheduled in next week and application needs to be ready before that.
