Incorrect Period defined

Hi,

We have an issue where in which the GL for the next financial year was setup incorrectly. Later when we try to update the start and end date the system does not allow and error with

"APP-SQLGL-08044: You can only modify periods that have never been used"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create GL period with Incorrect start and end dates

2. Open Budget period.
