Order Organizer; Holds Information query does not return any results

From responsibility OM Super User I am navigating to Orders, Returns --> Order Organizer --> Holds Information.  I am selecting the Hold Name Credit Check Failure and clicking Find.  No data is returned.  I know I have at least one order on this type of hold because I can pull it up by the order number. We are in version 11.5.10.2  Thanks for any assistance.
