How To Make Batch 51 Time Entry Auto Approved

In Company Options for G/L Integration, what does 'T' Time Accounting do?

I'm trying to enable the batches created from stand alone R052901 to be in approved status without requiring batch approval without impacting the approval setting necessary for regular payroll batches and G/L batch settings.  I did find a document 882162.1 that would enable the setting but it does change the overall setting of P05001C to "A" (automatically approve for all payroll batches) and P0000 G/L Batches not requiring approval, which is not desirable.

Please advise.
