US PAY: 401k catchup without using OAB
We are moving our 401k programs out of OAB and will be using Fidelity services instead. Information will feed back and forth through payroll application only. Fidelity doesn't provide a catch up flag for employees to elect in or out of catchup. I am resorting to asking this community how this is handled at other companies? Do you still use OAB/Self Service to determine that catchup election? Does anyone code logic into Fast Formulas to automatically elect catchup once employee is over 50 - and if so, how do you handle the opt out?
