Is it possible to create expense report templates in Oracle 12.1.3 without AP installed?
Client wants to install OIE 12.1.3 as a stand alone so that employees can enter their expense reports using a template, have them approved by their HR supervisor and have them audited. There will be no import in AP. To achieve this, they were told they only need OIE, HR Shared and Workflow. Since they won't be processing invoices nor paying the employees in Oracle, they were told they don't need to install AP and that the expense report templates could be created directly in OIE.
