How to acess a row element in physical renderer

Hi ,

We have a requirement to add a popup on mousehover on a list applet . When user hover's on a list column value (say account name= ABC Corp.  the actual name and not the column label ) , the pop up should display more details on that specific account. Please help with your suggestion on how to access or identify the element on physical renderer.
