How can i change timezone or time in the inserting the a new row in SIM?

How can i change timezone or time in the inserting of a new row in SIM ?

Hi , everyone

i have a issue with the hours when inserted a new row in the database SIM, whatever operation as  Reception of item, creating item request , direct delivery  been saved  four hours more that current time. i did check config  of timezone in database and server, both were set correctly.

In a service request suggest me that change  should be in code the app because the app sim  manages the time within in the code.

can someone help me about this change?

my version is 13.1.3.2 SIM.
