Siebel IP2016 events listening from an external app

Hi.

We are working to integrate a custom CTI toolbar developed that works with the Genesys CTI product as a portlet using the LifeRay JSR-286 standard. This CTI Toolbar has been developed at the client side with javascript code with all events and functions required to interact with any type of web applications using the LifeRay IPC protocol portlet to portlet communication that uses a client to client approach.

We need to integrate this CTI Toolbar with Siebel HelpDesk for our Call Center Agents. I read that Oracle supports iFrame but for a single view only which was our original intention before we knew this limitation. Since agents need to work with many views, this approach is a no-go since Oracle does not support it.
